Al-Anon meetings are held in over 133 countries. There are 17 countries with evolving structures and 36 countries with a national service structure or a General Service Office. Al-Anon General Service Offices and evolving structures are the World Service Office’s partners in the international community. Each operates as a distinct service entity within its respective country.

Translations of Al-Anon Conference Approved Literature are initiated by Al-Anon members living in the country where the language is spoken. All translations of Al-Anon Conference Approved Literature to other languages are to be submitted to the World Service Office for review and approval before permission to print or reprint is granted.
