The 11th Ibero-American Meeting of Al‑Anon Services, aka RIASA (Reunión Iberoamericana de Servicios de Al‑Anon), was hosted by the Al‑Anon structure in Argentina and took place online on October 20–22, 2023. The theme was “Unity in Diversity with Hope in Action.”
RIASA is a biennial meeting of representatives from Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking structures to exchange service experiences, encourage and maintain unity of Al‑Anon as a whole, and foster participation, cooperation, and support among these structures. RIASA also creates opportunities to highlight needs, concerns, and projects as well as exchange knowledge and mutual help to grow Al‑Anon and maintain an open line of communication with the World Service Office.
