The Group Services team serves Al‑Anon and Alateen groups within the World Service Conference Structure (US [including Puerto Rico], Canada, and Bermuda), including the newly admitted Global Electronic Area. Group Services acts as “Information Central” for members, groups, Al‑Anon Information Services, Literature Distribution Centers, Inmate Correspondence Services, and members with special needs such as visual or hearing impairments.

The team assists the fellowship with the warmth and understanding that characterizes the Al‑Anon program, providing principle‑based responses rooted in the Legacies and policies. In its role of supporting Alateen, the team is a resource to Al‑Anon Members Involved in Alateen Service, Area Alateen Process Persons, and Area Alateen Coordinators in facilitating the Area Annual Alateen Recertification Process.
