I did not know it at the time, my children’s father was suffering from… Read more » Erin 5 years ago I am taking my first steps into getting involved in Al-Anon and this recording really helped. My therapist has been recommending Al-Anon for a long time and the only reason I have not gone to one is because of my social anxiety and also because I am afraid. I hope there are more beginner podcasts regarding Al-Anon.
