An easy way to spread members’ experience, strength, and hope is by sharing directly from the Al‑Anon World Service Office website (al-anon.org) to your favorite social media platform:

  • Go to al-anon.org and use the search feature to find relevant sharings and video interviews with members or professionals.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page where that content is posted and click on the icon of the social media platform you want to share it to.

If you choose to post comments when sharing content, please protect your anonymity by not mentioning that you are an Al-Anon or Alateen member.
