Thank you for your service. I am new to Al-Anon and have been struggling to take care of myself. With each meeting, led by those who have walked through my steps, I am learning to focus my energy on keeping myself sane rather than worry. What a gift it is to have such loving group of friends reassure me that it is ok to help myself first and ignore being called selfish.
