1. Registration payment must accompany all mailed or faxed registration forms.
  2. Mailed pre-registration forms must be received by December 31, 2017, in order to receive the registration rate of $130.00 U.S.; and must be received by May 31, 2018 in order to receive the registration rate of $165.00 U.S. The registration fee June 1, 2018 through Convention is $195.00 U.S.
  3. Any changes to registration information already processed must be made in writing before May 31, 2018, or on-site. All changes must be made by the current registration on file. No charges will be assessed for corrections to badge information excluding Transfers (see below).
  4. Transfers made will be subject to a $25.00 U.S. administrative processing fee. You must have the original attendee’s badge to make on-site transfers
  5. Replacement of lost or forgotten badges will be subject to a $60.00 U.S. reprint fee. Your badge will be mailed to you if you register by (need date)—remember to bring it to Baltimore.
