The March 4th birthday of Al-Anon’s co-founder, Lois W., can be a reminder to express gratitude for her and her fellow cofounder, Anne B. The Al-Anon program exists today because of their “footwork” in the 1950s.
What better way to celebrate than to take the remaining quantities of Al‑Anon Faces Alcoholism magazines and other pieces of CAL in your group’s literature box and leave them behind in public places for people who need the hope and help that Al-Anon offers.
Please take a few copies, insert meeting schedules, and place them in doctors’ waiting rooms, offices of professionals or other public places for future Al-Anon members to find.
