Je leur ai dit que j\u2019allais essayer avant. \u00c0 cette \u00e9poque\u2011l\u00e0, cela faisait d\u00e9j\u00e0 une dizaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es que nous vivions avec l\u2019alcoolique. J\u2019avais peur d\u2019aller \u00e0 la r\u00e9union, mais il fallait que je montre l\u2019exemple \u00e0 mes enfants. Honn\u00eatement, j\u2019\u00e9tais furieuse \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de devoir aller \u00e0 Al\u2011Anon. Ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas moi qui avais un probl\u00e8me de consommation d\u2019alcool ! L\u2019alcoolique, c\u2019\u00e9tait mon mari !<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 ma premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union, j\u2019avais tellement de col\u00e8re en moi que je suis, \u00e0 ce jour, surprise que les gens ne se soient pas dirig\u00e9s vers la porte pour s\u2019\u00e9chapper. Bien au contraire, ils ont hoch\u00e9 la t\u00eate, m\u2019ont dit qu\u2019ils comprenaient, et m\u2019ont invit\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00ab revenir \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s cette premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union, j\u2019ai ressenti un certain soulagement. Il \u00e9tait bon de savoir que je n\u2019\u00e9tais pas seule et que je n\u2019\u00e9tais pas folle. J\u2019ai pers\u00e9v\u00e9r\u00e9 dans le programme et j\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 l\u2019espoir, le r\u00e9tablissement et le r\u00e9confort.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai encore un long chemin \u00e0 faire, mais j\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 v\u00e9cu un miracle dans Al\u2011Anon.\u00a0 Je ne suis plus en col\u00e8re.\u00a0 Je comprends maintenant que mon \u00e9poux est tr\u00e8s malade, mais je peux choisir d\u2019\u00eatre heureuse et en bonne sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, mon attention n\u2019est plus centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019id\u00e9e de le changer, mais sur celle de devenir la personne que j\u2019aspire \u00e0 \u00eatre. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Al\u2011Anon, je suis une meilleure m\u00e8re et un meilleur \u00eatre humain.
