Je me cr\u00e9e des fa\u00e7ades pour m\u2019emp\u00eacher d\u2019essayer certaines choses. Le fait d\u2019avoir du courage m\u2019aide \u00e0 les \u00e9liminer. Tr\u00e8s jeune, j\u2019ai d\u00fb prendre soin de mon p\u00e8re et je pensais que ce n\u2019\u00e9tait rien. J\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que j\u2019avais du courage quand je suis parvenue \u00e0 lui dire que ce qu\u2019il faisait n\u2019\u00e9tait pas correct. Malheureusement, il ne m\u2019a pas \u00e9cout\u00e9e parce qu\u2019il souffre d\u2019une maladie.<\/p>\n<p>Aller \u00e0 Alateen m\u2019a aussi donn\u00e9 le courage de \u00ab tendre la main \u00bb \u00e0 d\u2019autres adolescents et de les encourager \u00e0 assister \u00e0 Alateen.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a certaines choses qui restent difficiles pour moi : comme parler de mon pass\u00e9 parce que cela me rappelle mes faiblesses. Je ne veux pas continuer \u00e0 ressasser la situation difficile dans laquelle j\u2019\u00e9tais auparavant.
